Shipping

We offer a simple $5 flat rate for orders less than $100, and FREE US shipping for orders over $100. For international we offer a flat rate of $20. While we would LOVE to offer free shipping for everything, we tried this for awhile and it was killing us. And then USPS raised their rates. So in order for our brand to still grow, we've made a slight change in our shipping. Most can still get free shipping, as long as the order is over $100. Thanks for your understanding support as we grow and spread awareness together!

We ship from Alaska (and some from the lower-48 states) 5 days a week. Orders ship within 2 business days except for any products that are listed as made to order on our site. Unless USPS experiences delays, you should receive your order in about 5-7 days after shipping.

Please provide a deliverable address. Customers will be charged additional shipping charges for all orders returned due to providing an incorrect address. 

Choose RCVRY LLC is not responsible for items lost, damaged, or stolen while in shipping or after delivery.  Any such issues need to be addressed by the customer by filling an insurance claim with the shipper. If the issue is still not resolved, let us know and we will make it right.

Returns Policy

We are only able to offer returns/exchanges for US orders.
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product purchase price.  Products must meet following criteria for exchange (must be in brand new, re-sellable condition):

UNWORN/UNWASHED - NO PET HAIR - NO MAKEUP/DEODORANT STAINS - NO PERFUME/CIGARETTE SMELL, ETC

If a desired exchange item or size is out of stock, we will work with you the best we can to either get that item back in stock or find another suitable exchange or even refund if desired.
